When the brain doesn’t differentiate between real and imagined stress a condition can either be real or perceived

We tend to think in life some people are born happy and some are just plain miserable, does the question lead to the theory that some people get dealt a better hand in life and they are pre-disposition for success? Stress is actually a creation of what we think rather than what has happened.

Instead of adopting a defensive attitude such as you know what you make me miserable, my life is hell or you are not meeting my needs emotionally, take control by using positive language. Long term failure to reverse this downward trend creates symptoms of depression in stressful situations

Major events in life such as bereavement, divorce, midlife crisis, health problem or a plethora of other situations could leave you under tremendous pressure. These problems are real and exist; they won’t just go away no matter how much you think about it and churn it around in your mind. By putting oneself in the right frame of mind we can begin to make a difficult situation more acceptable and live through difficult moments with a future goal, still having a worthwhile experience in their passage of life.

When stress is a pressure point in a personal or social context the feeling that we don’t have enough friends that maybe we are searching tirelessly for Mr Right, or career stumbling blocks can be major areas that affect us deeply.

Our mental disposition will directly influence our fight or flight inner instincts. Humans experience anger, fear & negativity but by using a coach clients can begin to construct a more balanced approach for living life to its fullest

If your stress is being manifested into physical symptoms our bodies will be showing signs of fatigue, you may suffer from increased palpitations, dizzy spells or tightening of muscles, this is your body’s way of giving you a signal to slow down

Coaching is a holistic approach to tackling stress by goal setting to help you achieve your potential using positive thought. Master your thoughts and your journey in life by concentrating on the here and now, what ever situation you are in, there is always a solution
